OnDeck’s Captive Portal allows administrators to control and customize wi-fi access and set business rules to notify guests if they exceed per-account device limits. Access can be limited by:
- Number of devices
- Authentication codes
- Validation of PMS data (passport or booking numbers)

Administrative users can manage the captive portal through the easy-to-use console. System managers can:
- Set how many devices are able to share the same account
- Remove users from the system
- Monitor usage
- Reset user passwords or pin codes
- Provide special access for VIPs
